You may use NovaCast and listen to publicly available episodes without creating an account.

When you submit feedback or suggest a topic, you may provide information including:

• the episode you listened to;
• whether you completed the episode;
• engagement ratings;
• opinions about the episode, speakers, pacing, content, or production;
• topic suggestions and explanations;
• written comments or other feedback; and
• an email address, if you choose to provide one.

Providing an email address is optional unless we specifically state otherwise.

Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or legally protected information through a NovaCast feedback form.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you access NovaCast, our hosting and technical service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

• Internet Protocol address;

• device and operating-system information;
• approximate location derived from an IP address;

• pages or files requested;

• performance and diagnostic information; and

NovaCast uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, page use, referrers, and website performance. Vercel states that Web Analytics uses anonymized data and does not use cookies.

• review listener feedback;
• evaluate episode quality, engagement, pacing, voices, and subject matter;
• choose and develop future episode topics;

• notify users about new episodes when they have voluntarily provided an email address;

Feedback may be aggregated, summarized, or de-identified for internal analysis.

4. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate NovaCast. These providers may process information on our behalf.

Current providers may include:

• Vercel for website hosting, delivery, Web Analytics, technical logs, and infrastructure; and
• Airtable for storing and organizing feedback submissions, topic suggestions, and optional contact information.

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may add or replace service providers as NovaCast develops.

5. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information submitted through NovaCast.

We may disclose information:

• to service providers that help operate, host, secure, maintain, or analyze NovaCast;
• when you request or authorize the disclosure;
• when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court orders, or governmental requests;
